Where does the information/intelligence come from?
Information found in the pre-meeting reports comes from a combination of:
- Publicly available data compiled by our in-house research team
- Crystal’s predictive personality and behavioral insights
- Data partners for specific contact and account level information
How do I request pre-meeting reports and what information do I need to provide?
Our onboarding specialist will guide you in creating your first report. Basic information like the LinkedIn URL of the meeting attendee(s) and the companies attending the meeting will be enough to get started. Any additional notes about the purpose of the upcoming meeting will also be helpful.
Can we add our own proprietary data in the reports? 
For advanced reports, you can include data from your own internal systems (like CRM or product usage data) by submitting notes and attachments with your request.
Are there limitations on how many reports I can request?
Limitations will depend on the number of reports you've purchased and a researcher can only prioritize one report at a time. Once a report is completed, the researcher will start working on your next request.
What is the turnaround time for receiving a completed pre-meeting report?
Receive your pre-meeting report in just a few days. 1 report will include intelligence on 5 executives and 1 account.
Can pre-meeting reports be provided in different formats?
Your onboarding specialist will guide you through the different formats, options, modules, and more so your pre-meeting report is customized just for you.
How does the pricing work?
With Crystal's Intelligence service, you purchase a block of reports needed for the year. Our starting package includes a block of 5 reports at $1,650.
Can I purchase Crystal Intelligence as a stand-alone service?
Crystal Intelligence can be a stand-alone service without purchasing Crystal’s software subscription. We can also bundle the Crystal Intelligence service with the Crystal software subscription in case both are desired.
